Shipping policy

All items ship directly from eluXive to you. We NEVER drop ship or sell items that are not currently in stock.  Shipping is free within the United States of America for orders over $200; international shipping starts at $35. 

If you are ordering from outside the United States of America, your order may be subject to an additional customs fee administered by your country's government.  This fee is NOT INCLUDED in the shipping price you pay to eluXive and is fully the buyer's responsibility.  eluXive will not pay any customs fees, document fees, import taxes, commissions, etc. on the buyer's behalf.

If customs fees are not paid within the timeframe allotted by the importing country, your package may be returned to sender or treated as abandoned. No refunds will be given if a package is refused or abandoned by the buyer.
