Are your items authentic?
Yes, everything we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and genuine. While we are not an officially licensed retailer/reseller, we buy only from trusted, verified stockists. Learn more about our authentication process here.
Where do you get your items?
We source our items from trusted suppliers all over the world. We spend hours a day searching for the best designer pieces out there so you don't have to.
Do you have a store?
Yes, we have a private showroom in Houston, Texas. Please click on 'The Showroom' from the dropdown menu to book an appointment.
How can you offer such low prices?
We employ a small, specialized team and operate predominantly online. What we save in overhead we pass on to you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free anywhere in the continental US. International shipping varies based on order size.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the world, but please note shipments outside the US may be subject to customs fees at the time of delivery. We highly recommend checking with your local postal service for details prior to ordering.
Do you keep inventory on-hand?
Yes, we house all of our inventory on site in order to provide you with the best service possible. We don't drop ship, and we don't sell anything we don't physically have in stock.
Do you use stock photos?
No, we take our photos in-house so you can see the exact item you're getting. Please be aware that many designer pieces can have variation between items of the same type.
Are your items in new condition?
Approximately 95% of our inventory is brand new with the original manufacturer's hang tag still attached. We also stock a small selection of vintage and pre-owned items in near-new condition.
Will it fit?
We do our best to give you a good idea of how an item fits. As all designers size their products differently, we list exact measurements for most items we sell.
Do you accept returns?
As we keep very limited inventory and offer most pieces at bottom line prices, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of any kind. We recommend that you contact us before your purchase if you have any questions.
